Citizen Charter

A. Regarding prioritizing the report of the approval of the private educational institution, the recognition, the opening of the branch and the inspection report.

   1. Inspection report on renewal / approval renewal.

   2. Inspection report on opening of class branches.

   3. The investigation report indicated by the senior authority.

   4. Investigation of complaints submitted to the District Education Officer.

B. In the absence of the MPO in recruitment of teachers / employees of the recruited teachers / employees, time scale / higher scale, executive responsibility of the educational committee, the broadsheet response of audit objection and the amendment in the MPO sheet, regarding the advancement with the senior authority.

  2. Application for MPO application related to teachers and employees.

  3. Time Scale and Higher Scale Application Forwarding.

  4. Acting financial responsibility  without executive committee.

  5. To Forward   Audit objection with  comments.
